  • How do I use the gift card?

    To use the gift card, enter the code provided on the gift card, under the "buy" button on atelie.art (currently, it's not possible to use the gift card with the iOS app. If you experience any problems you can contact us at hello@atelie.art

  • What happens if I don't use the full amount?

    You can use the gift card code again on your next purchase. The remaining amount will then be deducted from the sale price.

  • Does the gift card have an expiration date?

    The gift card must be used within two years from the date it was purchased. It is not possible to exchange the gift card for cash.
